You may participate in this study if:
Requirement
1
Outpatients with Histologically or cytologically documented or radiographically diagnosed unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma who are candidates for systemic therapy and for whom a decision to treat with Nexavar® has been made.
2
Patients must have a life expectancy of at least 8 weeks

Patients must have signed an informed consent form
